Medicolegal Expert Witness

Mr Mishreki is trained to provide Expert Witness work through Inspire MediLaw. Mr Mishreki provides CPR Part 35 compliant reports for the court, for both defence and claimant, and regularly reports on Breach and Causation claims, as well as providing Condition and Prognosis reports.

Mr Mishreki provides reports for all aspects of general and colorectal surgery, both emergency and elective care. He has been invited to speak at Medicolegal conferences, focusing on the topic of 'Missed Diagnosis and Delayed Diagnosis with Colorectal Cancers', most recently at the Scottish 'Delayed Diagnosis of Cancer' Medicolegal Conference in April 2023.
